Honestly, where can I even start? You’re lucky if they assign you tasks to complete—these are often taken away arbitrarily. They grade your work, but the rules constantly change, and you receive different or additional information over time, making it impossible to complete a task properly from the beginning. The management is so poor it feels like navigating a real labyrinth.

If you score poorly on some tasks, they block you from doing more, which would make sense if you had all the correct information and directives from the start—but that’s not the case. You undergo "training" for certain tasks (most of which are very similar), but as soon as the training is done (minimum 1 hour unpaid), the task is no longer available.

Whenever you try to contact support, it either takes forever to get a response or you never receive one. If the issue is urgent, like payment, don’t expect a quick resolution.

Honestly, the person who founded this company might be skilled in AI or tech, but everything else—task distribution, customer and worker support, grading management—feels random, as if they spent two minutes setting it up and are just winging it day by day. It’s incredibly unprofessional and poorly managed.
